If you have concerns about whether any of them may fail inspection, then it may be worthwhile to perform the necessary home improvements. Although our team does complete prep and cleanup, the more access we have to a clear work area, the more efficiently we can do our jobs. For window installs, please move furnishings away from windows. For roofing and siding, please make sure the area surrounding your property is clear and grass and bushes are trimmed before we arrive.
